The Headliners

We welcome our special guests, Arne and Carlos!

Direct from Norway, these world-renowned designers and teachers will be leading a workshop, giving a talk, and visiting with everybody all weekend long. We’re thrilled to have them back—their first visit to MDK was an instant sellout, so we wanted to be sure to have them back as soon as possible.

Norwegian Knitting Workshop with Arne and CarlosSOLD OUT

Friday, March 14. 9:00 am-noon or 1:00-4:00 pm

An opportunity for learning, laughs, and a great time spent with fellow knitters. At MDK World Headquarters, you’ll be with Arne and Carlos for an exciting new class: Design Your Own Norwegian Sweater.

Inspired by the way our Norwegian ancestors used to work, we teach you how to create your own special sweater, using a basic formula and small colorwork charts. We'll explain the formula and how to create the body and sleeve proportions based on your measurements and body shape.
