Nash Yarn Fest 2027 is coming!

In just two years, NYF has quickly become many things: A beautiful marketplace. A gathering of folks who love being with other makers. A time to escape, to connect, to learn something new, to have a great time in the delight-filled city of Nashville.

We’ve been working all year long to make Nash Yarn Fest a homecoming for us all. We can’t wait to welcome you to this hotbed of collective effervescence!

What:  Nash Yarn Fest, a gathering of knitters, crocheters, fiber lovers, with a marketplace, joyous classes, meetups, and a really big party.

When: Friday, March 12, and Saturday, March 13, 2027.

Who: You! Plus 100+ vendors from 30 states and Canada! And a happy horde of fellow knitters and crocheters from all over.

Where: The Fairgrounds Nashville, a state-of-the-art space, air conditioned, with a courtyard outside. It’s in the center of Nashville, just down the road from MDK World Headquarters. We’re thrilled to have a wonderful space for this gathering.

Plus, a really cool new thing this year: we're adding three Big Make Togethers—group classes led by star teachers on both Friday and Saturday. Imagine a room full of friendly folks making stuff together in a jolly way—without having to leave Nash Yarn Fest. The Big Make Together is our answer to the deepest desire of all fiber folk: to sit with other makers and learn a cool new thing.

There are several ways to attend Nash Yarn Fest. We’ve set up the events as separate tickets so you can choose your adventure as you like. Please note: Each of The Big Make Together workshops is a separate ticket, not included in the day passes.

Tickets go on sale on September 23.

Here’s what’s on for this third, epic edition of Nash Yarn Fest.

FRIDAY, MARCH 12

NYF Friday Pass, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. $25 + tax

Jump right in! Nash Yarn Fest begins with a full day of shopping with 100+ vendors ready to welcome you. These makers are an integral part of NYF; so fun to spend time with them and to discover what they’ve created for us.

At 10:30, we’ll have The Big Make Together with Toni Lipsey. The legendary queen of crochet will lead us in the making of the granny square—the iconic building block that leads to a whole world of crochet fun. $25 + tax.

At 1:00, it’s time for The Big Make Together with Paige Sato. Paige Sato is a total joymaker—her love of repurposing quilts is contagious and fun. We’ll be working with scraps of vintage quilts to stitch wristbands that we personalize with our own decorations. $25 + tax.

In addition, Stop, Drop, and Make stations will be set up throughout the show floor for free and easy craft moments.

Food and coffee will be available for purchase. We’ll have plenty of seats and tables so you can visit with fellow fiber friends.

NYF Hootenanny! 5 - 8 p.m. $95 + tax

The big party! After the marketplace closes on Friday, we’ll open up the space next door for a party. Live music, a frankly irresistible line dancing lesson, and relaxed time to enjoy the company of vendors and fellow festival goers. Includes admission, a picnic supper and beverage, plus gift-y surprises.

SATURDAY, MARCH 13

NYF Saturday Pass, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. $25 + tax

A new day of fun! Saturday will feature a second full day of shopping, a fashion show, meet ups, Stop, Drop, and Make areas, and classes all day long.

We begin with a very special lecture from the inimitable Clara Parkes. One of the knitting world’s most inspiring people, Clara is the New York Times bestselling author who brings us perspective on why we love this world of making. Prepare to be inspired, amused, and restored by your time with Clara. This talk is included in your NYF Saturday Pass.

At 2:30, it’s time for The Big Make Together with Park Williams. She’s the Pied Piper of stashbusting, leading us all to the joy of working with bits and bobs of yarns. We’ll learn all about her delightful way of working with varied yarns, and we’ll get started with an easy scrappy hat. $25 + tax.

Food and coffee will be available for purchase throughout both days.

Early Bird Special! NYF Two-day Pass, $35 + tax until December 1; $45 + tax afterward

Separate passes are available for Friday and Saturday, or don’t miss a thing—grab a two-day pass for admission on both days.

AT HOME? WE GOT YOU.

NYF at Home: The Livestream, Saturday, March 13. Noon - 4:30 p.m. ET. $39
